Chewin' on It

Watching Mommy & the older kids during our "Touch-Down Presentation," the final program at our VBS. We used VBS Reachout Adventures' Space Probe curriculum, and LOVED IT!

Tool Time

These pictures aren't very good- I snapped them indoors with minimal lighting and my iPhone-- but I think they capture Eowyn & Magnus' interactions very well. As you can see, he's a blur of action, better than any tv show for sure. He busted out the tools, and they played happily for a good half hour with those (amazing!!). He had the "drill" in her mouth a la dentist, and she LOVED it!! I guess the little turning part felt tickly on her gums. Blythe (Magnus' mommy) captured her boys doing the same thing just a week or so earlier, so it must be a baby thing...

We celebrated at the Peterson House's "Old-Fashioned Fourth" celebration, complete with Art Fair, live music, ice cream & yummies, mini-golf, and of course, the fireworks!

Tired Enough to Be Still

She's watching all the action at our friends' Chris & Rahel's wedding. It was an American-Ethiopian affair, so there was PLENTY of color, music, and dancing to keep her occupied, not to mention WONDERFUL food!

With the Amish Goats

I wish I could have gotten pictures of her with the sweet kids we played and talked with for about an hour! She enjoyed the goats, though. They nibbled her toesies.

She really enjoyed climbing into her carseat and watching out the window... I guess it's fun because she isn't strapped in!
