Such a happy baby these days! Here she is kickin' and grinning at her mommy on a happy Lord's Day.

Kickin!

Whenever you lay her down she starts to kick and grin!! We've got a mover & a shaker here! She's started scooting, and we find her with her face plastered in the corner of her crib, finally asleep. Guess she doesn't know how to go backwards once she's gone forwards. She also has begun to converse in fluent "velociraptor"-- she screeches and growls and makes her voice quite loudly heard! My favorite is when she sings. :) It's a very very sweet little sound.

Bye-Bye, Bassinet!

Our baby girl asleep in (my) cradle. We gave the bassinet back to some friends who are expecting their 2nd, and made room in our dining room for our new table, hutch & chairs! We'll see how it goes with her in the cradle in our room! She's getting so big it might be crib-time soon. 'Til then, I sure enjoy having her near, and NOT having far to go at that early early morning feeding!

It was our friends Ryan & Sarah's daughter Brooklynn's first birthday party today! Eowyn sure enjoyed all the other kids... and being held by her daddy! :)

Rocking the Baby

Eowyn really enjoys other kids, especially slightly older babies. Riley was coming over and growling at her, to her delight, and then Brooky came over and started baby-talking in an even higher, sweeter tone than usual! It's funny how quickly little kids pick up on how bigger people talk to smaller people!

Peeping Out & Going Cross-Eyed

She is so adorable with just her little face poking out through the carseat cozy out from under her winter hat! (it was in the 20s most of the day here, with at least 4" of snow falling this morning) Everyone says she looks just like a little baby doll. Add a rattle, and you have classic cuteness!! :)

Our Daisy

I love this fun little outfit; such happy colors for a happy little girl! To help with the feminine factor, she's sporting a darling daisy headband (made by my friend Jenny). Daisies have always been my favorite flower, because they look so sunny & happy!

Last Weeks in Her Bassinet

She's about to get too big for this bed! It'll be time to move her into her

crib in her own room soon. :(

PS- my mom made the little baby quilt for me when I was small, and underneath it is E's own afghan made by Aunt Kendi! She sleeps warm under covers of love!
