E & Mommy walked a few blocks downtown to our Main Library (my favorite of all the branches I've visited). It was a HOT day upper-90s, but our new jogging stroller has an awesome swiveling shade so Eowyn stayed covered, and we both had hats & water bottles, and didn't mind the heat at all! Must be that Guatemalan blood comin' out... Anyway we cooled off for a while in the Children's Section, and E really liked this soft tower/block set. She learned about knocking towers down for the first time, and had so much fun!! Now I can barely get one block atop another before I have to say "boom!," as she's smashed it gleefully to the floor. Ahh, the marvels of gravity...
