Push Ups

Eowyn gets to play with my Barbies when I'm working on a project in our craft room.  Today she decided they all needed to get with a Cross Fit training program like Daddy.  I found her doing this, explaining "I'm making them all do push-ups!"

The Fairy in my Garden

Eowyn's been more excited to play with her dress-up clothes than ever-- I guess she's growing into them.  She usually is a princess, sometimes a fairy, sometimes both at once.  Even as a sushi-cooking, baby-rocking, cleaning mama she prefers to wear her favorite pink "p'incess 'kirt."

Eowyn Opening Bike, Longer Version

A bit longer, with many more cute Eowyn expressions and "Wow!"s...and more opening.

Paci-vore

Or whatever you call someone who devours pacifiers.  The above damage was done in a 15 minute drive between dinner and dessert.  It was the 3rd pacifier in 2 days, and was followed by one more before we wised up and gave her only the single-piece-hard-plastic Soothie brand.  She is significantly less attached to that type, but at least she can't chomp through it (and risk chocking on the latex flecks!)... and has actually progressed to not using a paci at night at all.

Ellie!

Her new friend (bought in Paris). Of course, her name is Ellie (all babies are 'Ellie' to our E!)

Her First Ornament

She received this ornament from one of my former students' families. I really like it, especially since I used shoes to decorate her room.
Eowyn had her first day of school today-- I went back to taching pre-k, and she came with me. Predictably, she LOVED watching all the kids, but she did nap a little. We both crashed when we got home!

Enjoying the Friendly Doggie

I hadn't put the arch with toys on it over the bouncy seat yet, because I knew she wouldn't really care for them. But since she's started noticing her surroundings, I put it on today... and she stared at the doggy for a solid 10 minutes. That's insane for her. Anyway, I put her in the bouncy seat at two separate points during the day, and both times she was delighted with the doggie!
