Once upon a time, this was my would-be photography site. Then, a darling, dimpled, chubby-cheeked cherub entered our arms, and our camera flashes were quickly turned to chronicling every moment of her precious life. Check in for your daily dose of Éowyn Grace. Everybody needs some.

Rashy Splashy, Playing in the Bathy
Eowyn apparently had and recovered from Fith's Disease, a very common childhood illness of which I had never heard before-- one of those viruses you can't get after age 5. It usually starts with a cold and sore throat, then progresses to a mild fever, a red mark on the cheeks, and then a rash head to toe once the illness is effectively over and no longer contagious. We missed the cold, probably because she's breast-fed. If she had a fever, it was masked by the Tylenol we gave her for her teeth last week. So all we had was a rash, randomly appearing this morning at school! It's fading now, and there's one more immunity under her belt, and it doesn't seem to bother her in the least!
